5 Tips to be a Grill Master!

1 PREHEAT THE GRILL

  • Preheat for 15 minutes.
  • Get the grill hot to prevent food from sticking to the grill grates. This will give your food those beautiful sear marks.

Start Grilling!

2 Watch the time

Timing is everything!

To cook the perfect meat, set your timer to the food’s specified cooking time. Set it and forget it until it reminds you to flip the food or remove from the grill.
You are free to socialize!

3 Check Internal temperature

Cook to perfection!

A thermometer is essential to quickly gauge the internal temperature of your food.

To get the most accurate read, insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the food.

4 Keep the lid down

If you’re lookin’, you ain’t cookin’!

Keep the lid down and let the grill do the work. Enhance your food’s flavor by leaving the lid down to enable the smoke to circulate around your food, giving it that iconic smoky flavor!

5 Keep the grill clean

Use the grill brush to clean your cooking grates before each use so that each meal is as delicious as the next.

OIL THE FOOD, NOT THE GRATE

Oiling the food prevents food from sticking, adds flavor, and helps the seasoning adhere to the food.

FLIP THE FOOD ONCE

You only need to flip the food one time. Trust the time and temperature to deliver you the perfect meal.
